Terms & Conditions

1. This social media contest is organised by Optima Werkz Pte Ltd, whose registered office is at 6 Kung Chong road, Singapore 159143.
2. This contest is only open to Facebook users currently physically residing in Singapore.
3. Optima Werkz Pte. Ltd. employees and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Contest. Immediate family members in this context refers to spouse, children, parents and siblings.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
5. By participating in this contest, a participant is deemed to have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. By participating in this contest, you agree that Optima Werkz Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose your personal data (e.g. Name, contact details, email address) for the purpose of administering this contest, which includes contacting you for the redemption of prizes in relation to this contest.
7. To participate in this contest, a Facebook user will have to like “Optima Werkz Private Limited” Facebook page, share the “InnoShine Giveaway” post created by us and garner as much likes as possible on their shared post.
8. Participants must also ensure that the privacy of the shared post is set to public and use the hashtag #InnoShine. Failure to do so will disqualify the participant from the contest.
9. Only one entry will be accepted per Facebook user. Each participant may share the post more than once, but Optima Werkz Pte Ltd will only select the post with the highest amount of likes as the participant’s entry.
10. No accumulation of likes will be permitted in cases where the shared post of a participant is being shared by other Facebook users.
11. Contest will be start on 11-11-2020 and end on 12-12-2020 Singapore time 23:59.
12. Seven (7) Winners will be chosen based on the highest number of likes on their shared post by the end of the contest.
13. Optima Werkz Pte Ltd will not be responsible and held liable for any entries not received or recorded for whatever reason.
14. The winners will be notified first by a DM/PM on Facebook, followed by receiving an official email from us within the 1st week after the end of the contest.
15. The winners agree to the use of his/her Facebook name, profile and image in any publicity material by Optima Werkz Pte Ltd, as well as their entry posts.
16. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable / exchangeable for cash or other items. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
17. All prizes must be claimed in person at our premise. However, authorization letters submitted to us for the collection on behalf will also be accepted.
18. Any prizes unclaimed after 1 month from the date of official email sent will be forfeited and such forfeiture shall be dealt with at the Management’s discretion.
19. In the event that a winner is for any reason whatsoever disqualified, does not claim the prize, is uncontactable for any reason and/or deemed to have forfeited the prize, Optima Werkz Pte Ltd at its sole discretion may decide if there should be a replacement winner.
20. Optima Werkz Pte Ltd shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the contest or as a result of entering the contest or accepting or utilising any prize.
21. Optima Werkz Pte Ltd is not responsible for any errors, non-receipt or missing entries, due to any reason whatsoever including malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, service providers, computer or mobile telephone equipment, software or network failure including any injury or damage to the participant’s computer, or mobile telephone whether software or hardware, related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for the purpose of the contest.
22. All information stipulated is correct at the time of post/print and is subject to change without prior notice.
23. Optima Werkz Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this contest without prior notice.
24. Optima Werkz Pte Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the contest without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances arising out of its control.
25. Optima Werkz Pte Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final, including in the event of disputes, and no correspondences will be entered into.
26. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any of the other Companies associated with the prizes given out.
27. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Singapore law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
